Senior/Lead Validation Engineer (Full-Time) - Lead contracted computer validation projects within the pharmaceutical/ biotech/ medical industry, including managing, leading, preparing, reviewing and execution of validation protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ); generation of validation strategy documentation, including final reports for (a) Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP) systems, such as SAP, Ross, etc, (b) Enterprise Documents Management systems (EDMS), such as Documentum, e-room, TrackWise, ValGenesis, (c) utilities, (d) automated manufacturing process validation, (e) SCADA,(f) PLC, (g) Building Management Systems (BMS) and(h) Distributed Control Systems (DCS); direct temperature mapping, computer validation, process cleaning validation, and release of process raw materials, intermediates, and final products; direct companies through chromatography purification, analytical instrumentation and water for injection; supervise and direct the activitiesof all junior computer validation engineers involved in the validation process. Qualified applicants will have a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, plus 1 year of experience in Computer Validation. Position Location: Brockton, Massachusetts.
