VALIDATION SAN DIEGO CA USA – HEALTHCARE INDUSTRY E-MAIL NEWS SERVICE - JUNE 27, 2005 --Validation Technologies, Inc. ®, a leading global provider of validation, regulatory and technical services, announces today, the acquisition of Independent Inspection Technologies, Inc. ® (IIT). Independent Inspection Technologies, Inc. ®, a San Diego based company provides 3rd party inspection services to the healthcare and microelectronics industries. IIT construction quality oversight services include Specification Review, Standard Operating Procedures Development, Vendor Audits/Source Inspections, Site Material Inspection, Welder Certifications to ASME Codes and Standards, ASNT Weld Inspections, Boroscope Weld Inspections, and Slope Verification.
